How can i find a specific item in the shop?

To find a specific item in our shop use the search box on top. Enter the item name or item number. If you don’t know the correct name, it could be helpful to search only for a short part of the search term (e. g. 'coconut' or 'oil' if you are searching for coconut oil/ fat). Thus, you will get a list of all items that contains the searched part of the word. For a search you have to enter minimum 3 letters.

Do I have to register to start shopping?

Even without registration, you can add items in the shopping cart. However, to finish the ordering process and to transmit your order, it’s necessary to create a customer account. For this, you will be redirect automatically to the registration form before you can continue with the step Proceed to checkout.

If you want to make an order without creating a customer account, you can send us a list of the wanted items as well as your delivering and invoice address via e-mail to info@tavarlin.de. However, in this case we have to manually enter your data to our shipping system, what delays the shipping process.

How can I register/ log in?

To register for a customer account or to log in click on the button My account right on top. However, during ordering process you will be redirect automatically to the registration form before you can continue with the step Proceed to checkout.

To log in you only need the e-mail address and password, with which you registered.

How can I log out?

To log out click on the button My account right on top, to arrive to the dashboard of your customer account. In the left menu you find the menu item Logout.

What can I do, if I have forgotten my password?

Click on the link Forgot your password? below the login-area to request a new password. If an error occurs, please contact us via info@tavarlin.de

You can log in with your new password and change it to your desired password at the menu item change profile.

How can I change my order?

Click on the button with the shopping card icon right on top to arrive to your shopping card. Here you have the possibility to change the order quantity of single items or delete one or more items.

How can I enter my voucher code?

Log in with your user data, add items to your shopping card as usual and click then on Edit shopping cart. Put a check mark in the check box I have a voucher in the grey-shaded area and enter your voucher code.

The value of the voucher is than automatically deducted from the total of the order.
